Chief Operating Officer
Damon Green is Chief Operating Officer for Interventional Management Services (IMS). Damon brings 20 years of healthcare management and business development successes to IMS, as well as many years of entrepreneurial and legal experience.
Prior to joining IMS, Damon served as Division Vice President for DaVita Kidney Care with responsibility for 160 dialysis centers and 300 employees. While in this role Damon grew DaVita’s business both through development of employee talent and strategic direction of the company’s resources. Damon and his award-winning teams achieved notable medical outcomes and business growth for DaVita. Damon has also served as Administrative Director for Holmes Regional Medical Center and Risk Management Director for a regional hospital system.
Damon holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida College of Business Administration, a JD from George Mason University School of Law and a BA from Villanova University.
Damon is also a veteran of military service having previously served as Staff Judge Advocate for the United States Marine Corps.
