As the largest interventional pain management company in the Southeast, Alliance Spine and Pain Centers is proud to announce that Drs. Sai Alla, Daniel Colón-Conde, Hammad Malik, and Ikenna Okpareke have joined the practice.

Alliance has been adding new physicians to its top-tier team since the beginning of 2022, with Drs. Okpareke and Colón-Conde joining the practice earlier this year, Dr. Malik joining in July, and Dr. Alla in August of this year. Drs. Alla, Malik, and Okpareke specialize in interventional pain and anesthesiology, and Dr. Colón-Conde specializes in interventional pain as well as physical medicine and rehabilitation.
“As the practice continues to grow, I’m excited to see Alliance add to its diverse physician roster,” says Rosenbaum. “This broadens the wide range of professional perspectives available, which leads to better solutions for our patients.”
Dr. Sai P.K. Alla practices in our Conyers and Covington offices. Prior to joining Alliance, Dr. Alla completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of South Florida and a fellowship in anesthesiology multidisciplinary pain management at the Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Alla is also board certified in anesthesiology and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Spine International Society, and American Society of Regional Anesthesia.
Dr. Daniel G. Colón-Conde practices in our Carrollton and Douglasville offices. He received his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences. Dr. Colón-Conde then completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the VA Medical Center in San Juan followed by a fellowship in interventional pain management at National Spine and Pain Centers in Florida.
Dr. Hammad Malik practices in our Cartersville office. He completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Kentucky Medical Center and a fellowship in pain management at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Malik is also double board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine, and belongs to American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, Kentucky Society of Anesthesiologists, Ohio Society of Anesthesiologists, Cincinnati Pain Society, and American Society of Critical Care Medicine. In addition to English, Dr. Malik can speak Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
Dr. Ikenna Okpareke practices in our Camp Creek and Douglasville offices. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College before completing a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Chicago, then a fellowship in chronic interventional pain management at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Okpareke is also double board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine.
