In this “Employee Spotlight,” get to know Fallon Banks, a CMA at our Lawrenceville office, who will soon transition to her new, company-wide support role as Chronic Care Manager.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part of working at Alliance is working with my peers and ensuring our patients are well taken care of.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment that I received from a colleague is that I am resilient. No matter what may come, I always bounce back.

I have two values that I believe best describe me: First, compassion, because most of our patients deal with pain every day and I see how it affects their quality of life. Second, integrity, as it’s not about how you are in front of everyone, it’s about what you do behind the scenes.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My very first job was at KFC; I worked there for three years.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

Outside of the office I love going to my son’s football games, spending time with my children and catching up on much needed rest.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO- WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

A fun fact is that I love doing karaoke to 90’s R&B music.
