WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO WORK IN PAIN MANAGEMENT?

It’s a field where I can work with the musculoskeletal conditions, a topic that I was always interested in. I also get to provide relief and functional improvement for my patients in a minimally invasive approach.

WHAT’S THE MOST REWARDING PART OF YOUR JOB?

Seeing patients’ smiles from their relief after treatment is very rewarding. I love to hear about their functional improvement on follow-up visits.

WHAT HAS REALLY STOOD OUT ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

You can feel real passion and engagement in our patients’ care, which is why I love my staff. Alliance is a well-structured and organized company, and it’s reflected in our quality patient care.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR PEOPLE HOPING TO WORK IN YOUR FIELD?

My main advice is to keep your work environment fun while maintaining respect for your patients and co-workers. Dedicated patient care should always be the top priority.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PAST-TIMES?

I love traveling, driving sports cars, and outdoor activities, especially mountain biking and hiking.
