Ikenna Okpareke, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Douglasville, Atlanta and Cartersville, Georgia. He utilizes the latest advances in interventional pain management treatments for his patients.
Dr. Okpareke is board-certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management. He earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry with a minor in biochemistry at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.
He completed medical school at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, and a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Chicago in Illinois.
Dr. Okpareke finished his medical training with a fellowship in chronic interventional pain management at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He spent eight years working as an interventional pain specialist in Chicago before returning to Atlanta.
Dr. Okpareke maintains his advanced medical credentials with continuing education to stay up to date with the most current pain medicine practices. In his free time, he loves spending time with his friends and family.
