WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO ALLIANCE SPINE AND PAIN CENTERS?

For the past 20 years, I’ve had a bad lower back and the pain has intensified the past six years. My ability to walk was limited, forcing me to use a wheelchair to maneuver around the airport. I couldn’t stand very long without leaning on something, and my daughter thought I would never walk normally again.

My doctor suggested receiving an epidural at Alliance Spine and Pain Centers. I was skeptical at first, but I decided it was worth visiting. my Alliance physician diagnosed me with spinal stenosis and discussed my treatment plan options. We decided I should start with receiving two shots. It gave me relief at the beginning, but it soon stopped. 

Because I wanted to avoid back surgery, Alliance was the best place for my pain management treatment. My doctor recommended the Vertiflex procedure. Her simple explanation confirmed it was the right option and it only took an hour to get two implants. 

I immediately experienced the positive effects of the procedure by walking out of the clinic and standing upright for the first time in years. Within a week, I felt no pain and no longer had spinal stenosis. 

I’m 100% again. It’s amazing!

HOW ARE YOU DOING NOW?

This procedure was life-changing, and I’m back to 100%. I don’t have lower back pain anymore, which allows me to ride in the car for a long time again and spend time with my three daughters. I do all my favorite hobbies again like gardening, riding horses, and motorcycling. My husband of 50 years and I have ridden motorcycles into every continental state in the U.S.

I’m absolutely amazed and feel like I’m young again!
