WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

I’ve worked with Alliance for almost 12 years and my most favorite part of my job is the incredible team that we have here. We are a diverse team that works hard every day for the same primary goal of providing excellent patient care. We have grown exponentially over the years, but still have remained very much like a family. Being able to watch Alliance expand our ability to provide such service and care to our communities makes me proud to be a part of Alliance.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment that I have received at Alliance was being nominated for The Provider Core Value award in 2018. It was an honor to know that many of my coworkers and peers felt that I represented all of Alliances Core Values.

WHICH ALLIANCE VALUE (COMPASSION, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, & SERVICE) BEST REFLECTS YOUR QUALITY OF WORK AND WHY?

Being in the field of pain management for almost 20 years, I feel that I have developed a great deal of compassion for both my patients and my coworkers. I try to treat my patients like I would want any member of my family to be treated, with compassion and respect. I also understand how challenging the job can be and because of that, I try to do whatever I can to help my team overcome whatever obstacles that they have.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

I started working with my father at his printing company business when I was 14 years old.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

My favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with my family. 2020 brought me my greatest blessing, my daughter. I spend most of my time chasing her around. I enjoy hiking, yoga, live music, and Clemson football when I have the time.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

One of my hobbies is making my own sourdough bread.
