I have been working in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years and have provided care for patients in a wide variety of healthcare specialties. Working at Alliance has allowed me to add pain management care to my experience. I have been enjoying the opportunity to gain knowledge in this field. It has been a lot to learn, but has also been a great experience too.
When I was fairly new to our facility, I felt discouraged. Dr. Growchowska expressed how much confidence she had in me and wanted to personally train me when she cared for her patients. Dr. Grochowska’s encouragement made me feel confident in learning about pain management care and supported me in my new career journey.
Compassion is the Alliance Value that best reflects my work. I am dedicated to my job and take my work very seriously. I always try my best and rely on my training to accomplish all my tasks properly.
When I was 12, I was ready to work! However, I had to wait until 15 and then got my first job as a cashier at a KFC in Michigan.
Spending time with my family and friends is my favorite activity outside of work. In October 2021, I moved from Michigan to Georgia, so I am far from many of them. I am here with my two children and can continue to have family nights.
I was a foster mom at 21 years old. For approximately 15 years, I have helped over 20 teenagers get through school and difficult times.
