WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part of working at Alliance is the diversity of cultures and backgrounds among our staff. It's inspiring to be part of a high-performing engine delivering restorative services. The teams are amazing, and we can all learn from each other.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment I received from an Alliance colleague came during a system crisis in mid-2023. A coworker shared these supportive words: “We 100% know this and appreciate ALL YOU DO! Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.” This encouragement meant so much during a challenging time.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My first job was as a bagger at Kroger when I was 16 years old.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

My favorite things to do outside the office are landscaping, home remodeling, getting to know extended family, and fishing.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

I worked as a lead dental assistant at an Atlanta detention center and spent several years in pediatrics as well. Now, I can’t help but notice teeth wherever I go — Smile!
