WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part of working at Alliance is my work family! It is comforting knowing your co-workers are dependable and that you all work well together. It really makes or breaks your day when you operate like a true team, and that has shown me the importance of communication and teamwork.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

I was told that I was a fast learner and catching on quickly in my role. It meant a lot to me because I started here right out of school and knew I still had a lot of learning to do in my field as a scrub tech.

I think service best represents my quality of work. I truly love what I do here at Alliance and love coming to work every day and helping out any way that I can!

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My first job was working the scoreboard for recreational baseball teams while I was in high school. Ironically, I’m not really a baseball fan and hardly know anything about the game.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family (including my 3 dogs, of course), traveling when I can, going to concerts, and taking naps!

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

A fun fact about me that my co-workers probably don’t know is that I enjoy going to estate sales and antique stores. I love collecting antique items like kitchenware and vintage Christmas ornaments.
