My favorite aspect of working at Alliance is the camaraderie of my coworkers. We have a tight-knit team that consistently supports one another, whether it's delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating to tackle tasks efficiently, or simply offering a helping hand. Knowing that I can always count on “my girls” to uplift my spirits and navigate challenges together makes every day at Alliance truly fulfilling.
The best compliment I've received from an Alliance colleague is being recognized as dependable. I can transition between both clinic and ASC duties, always stepping in wherever and whenever needed.
It’s truly a toss-up between compassion and respect, as both are deeply ingrained in my approach to patient care. When interacting with patients, I often reflect on how I would want my parents to be treated in similar circumstances. Recognizing that patients are not always at their best due to their pain, I strive to offer genuine empathy and understanding. My goal is to make their day a little brighter.
My very first job was working at Sonic. However, I didn't wear skates! My first official medical job was in medical transcription. This opportunity allowed me to work from home, while my children were in school.
I love the outdoors including activities such as camping, gardening, fishing, and swimming. Additionally, I love spending quality time with my family, including my twelve grandchildren.
Working at Alliance for five years, I’ve always been an open book with my coworkers. I am old enough to be a mother to most of them, but love to laugh and have fun with them!
