My favorite part about working at Alliance is meeting coworkers that have become family, being able to help patients that are in distress and working in my current role.
The best compliment that I have received from an Alliance colleague is an acknowledgement of my dedication, always being a team player, and bringing high morale to the office.
The Alliance value that best reflects my quality of work is compassion. I chose compassion because we already have the standard of operating in excellence. However, being in a position to help people, you have to be understanding, patient, and most importantly, compassionate. People will always remember how you treated them. Treating them with compassion is what keeps our patients coming back, and even telling their friends or family about Alliance’s quality care.
My first job was working at Chick-fil-A where their core values were instilled in me to go above and beyond a person’s expectations.
My favorite thing to do outside of the office is spending time with friends and going to brunch on weekends where there are unlimited mimosas!
A fun fact about me is that I love line dancing and can sing.
