What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

My favorite part of Alliance is the culture we have created in the workplace. I love that we are very business-oriented but also fun, and team-building has been incorporated in such a way that everyone can enjoy it. The leadership we have has made coming to work something to enjoy and look forward to.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

The best compliment that I have received is “Deidra loves Alliance.” Over the years, I have moved around Alliance in different roles and have been able to become involved in different departments.

Excellence reflects my quality of work. I always do my best at whatever task I am working on. I take a lot of pride in my work and can be found going above and beyond. I love that I can be depended on in a time of need.

What was your first job?

My first job was at Payless. Working at Payless was so special to me—I loved my job and my coworkers.

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

Outside of the office, I can be found eating with friends, trying a new restaurant, or at home watching a drama series on TV. I can also be found playing Backgammon!

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know?

I love to crochet.
