What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

I enjoy Alliance because it offers opportunities for growth and development. I love that I am surrounded by supportive people who want to see me succeed and thrive.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

I have been told I am the light of the office!

Respect. I am a happy person, so I believe that reflects on how I deal with people. I am one to give the “benefit of the doubt” to others, and that allows me to understand and communicate respectfully, even in “intense” situations.

What was your first job?

Hostess at Macaroni Grill.

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

I love traveling, going to concerts, and Disney!

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know?

I played the Viola for 6 years.
