What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

The career and growth path I have been allowed during my time here with Alliance.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

I am told a lot that I am appreciated, and that feels good to know I can help make a difference.

I received the Excellence Value Award back in 2021. I think I will continue to strive with this as I continue my journey here with the organization.

What was your first job?

McDonald's – I worked there for 18 years!

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

To spend time with my family.

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know?

That I am an independent recording artist.
