WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part of working at Alliance is being with a company that not only provides opportunities for professional growth, but also understands the importance of work-life balance and offers flexibility to meet your family's needs.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment I have ever received was being nominated for and chosen to receive the 2022 Core Value award for Integrity.

Compassion is another Alliance Core Value that reflects who I am and influences the quality of my work. I always strive to put myself in others' shoes because you never know what someone is going through. Ensuring everyone feels comfortable and understood without judgment is important to me.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My first job was at Sun Valley Beach when I was 15. My first job in a professional setting was in medical records at an OBGYN office.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

Spending time with family is what I enjoy most. When I am not at work you can find me at the ball field watching my 2 boys Cameron (8) and Colby (4) play baseball.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

Most coworkers would be surprised to know that I went skydiving when I was 21.
