My favorite part of my job is having the opportunity to help patients. I enjoy connecting with patients and being a part of their pain relief journey. I am constantly learning and growing within my position and have the opportunity to gain knowledge outside of my current scope. I also enjoy the connectedness of the staff. Over the ten years I have been with Alliance, my coworkers have become like family.
I’m in school full time and work full time. My coworkers praise me for being one of the hardest workers that they know and say to me, “I don’t know how you do it!” I have been told at times that I’m an inspiration for others wanting to further their education and career.
Compassion and Integrity reflect my quality of work. I am very passionate about what I do here at Alliance. I take pride in being able to help patients and to be a resource for my coworkers. I am honest in everything that I do. If I don’t know something, I will ask. If I make a mistake, I own it and learn from it. I treat my work, coworkers, and patients with the same respect I expect for myself.
My first job was at Sigman Mills Furniture Store. At first, I worked in their office answering the phone and keeping up with their paperwork. Then, I worked on their floor sorting fabric and pricing inventory.
My favorite thing to do outside of work is spending time with family and friends. I enjoy hosting brunches or dinners. I love being outside when the weather is nice. I like outside activities such as festivals, hiking, swimming, and biking. No matter what I am up to, you can always find me listening to music.
I like visiting coffee shops to check out new spaces and different coffee creations. My favorite local coffee shop is Bread and Butter in Covington, GA. I am also looking forward to international travel once I finish school at the end of this year!
