WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part of working at Alliance is getting to know the patients. I love seeing them every month, asking how their family is doing, and really learning about them outside of their chronic pain. To some of them, a simple, quick conversation each month is really meaningful.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment I have received is being told that I am a valued employee and that I played a crucial role in the recent transition of the 575 region. It feels good to know that my hard work has been recognized.

WHICH ALLIANCE VALUE BEST REFLECTS YOU?

The Alliance Value that best reflects my quality of work is Integrity. Being honest and fair is really important to me, especially when providing a service in our specialty of patient care.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My first job was working at a preschool at the age of 16. I ended up working there through high school and during college.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

My favorite thing to do when I’m not at work is to attend my kids’ sporting events. You will most likely see me at the baseball field every weekend!

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

One fun fact my co-workers may not know about me is that I got engaged in Yellowstone National Park. When my now-husband was working there in the summer of 2005, I took a weekend trip out to see him. I was surprised by an engagement with the most beautiful scenery.
