What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

My favorite part of working at Alliance has been being able to build relationships with our patients and being able to work with such wonderful coworkers.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

I have been told that I am a hard worker and that I make a difference in everyone’s day, and to me, that is the biggest compliment. I want to serve this team and our patients to the best of my ability, and it makes me very proud that I have been able to make a difference.

Which Alliance Value (Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, & Service) best reflects your quality of work and why?

I would have to say service. I think the most important thing I can do is to help others to the very best of my ability. I want to serve our patients to help them feel better, and I want to serve my coworkers to make sure that they have the support that they need to do their jobs.

What was your first job?

My first job was as a hostess at a Mexican restaurant in high school!

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

I love to spend time with my dog, Maggie! If you ask anyone, they will tell you that I talk about her constantly!

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know?

I have recently found that I love to bake!
