WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

Being able to help people especially in their time of need. Alliance has also been there for me personally especially when my family was in need - from my department all the way up to Sr. Management in our corporate office. I will always be grateful for the constant concern Alliance showed my family and me.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

I would say one is being selected for this spotlight. But my best compliment has been from my employees directly as I call them My Girls. The level of trust they have given me is the best compliment. Some even refer to me as mother (really they say Mudda!)

Being allowed to encourage them on a deeper level beyond work is a huge honor, not a compliment, because they have deemed me worthy enough.

WHICH ALLIANCE VALUE (COMPASSION, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, & SERVICE) BEST REFLECTS YOUR QUALITY OF WORK AND WHY?

I would say integrity. It’s very important to me to do the right thing, especially when no one is around looking or holding you accountable. I have to hold myself accountable.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

When I was 16, I was a food server for Cajun Grill.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE?

Spend time with my family and be their #1 cheerleader in ALL they decide to take on and conquer in their life!

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS PROBABLY DON’T KNOW?

I am only 4’9 and I love to fish.
