What is your favorite part of working at Alliance? 

The relationships I have formed with a number of coworkers at both the corporate and location levels. After nearly nine years with Alliance, I still have some excellent relationships.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague? 

Recently, I was told that I had a good heart because I help my coworkers in their new roles or their current roles. Some people might think that I go above and beyond, but in all honesty, this should be the standard for everyone at work and in life. As a new employee or in a new role, I have experienced both, and I want to be someone who assists the next person in line to reach their objectives inside the organization. I think it's important to share what you know, and in seeing my colleagues develop, I hope to inspire them to do the same for the next one. That's how my footprints are left!

Which Alliance Value (Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, & Service) best reflects your quality of work and why?

Integrity, in my opinion, would be reflected in my job. I feel it is simple to do the right thing while everyone is looking, but your true character shines through when no one is looking and there is no opportunity for public recognition or praise. You just simply do the right thing because that's who you are

What was your first job?

Cajun Grill in Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL.

What are your favorite things to do outside the office? 

I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, and nature walks but above all I enjoy spending time with family and making memories.

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know? 

My first language was Spanish.
