WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part about working for Alliance is the way everyone helps one another and happily works together. The workday is easy and enjoyable when it’s such a happy environment.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

A physician that I have done most of my training with told me that I was operating the C-arm really well. These kind words were a big deal to me because I had never operated a C-arm and had really tried to be receptive to any tips and education given to me. It was a huge compliment for me!

WHICH ALLIANCE VALUE (COMPASSION, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, & SERVICE) BEST REFLECTS YOUR QUALITY OF WORK AND WHY?

Each value is equally important to me, but I strive for “Excellence” the most. A goal of excellence during every procedure and patient encounter creates a smooth rhythm and peaceful atmosphere.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

Throughout high school, I was a babysitter. However, my first job (with a W-2) was a library assistant. Ironically, I’m not very quiet and don’t enjoy recreational reading, so this first job is very laughable to all who know me.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

I love shopping and spending time with my family.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

Originally, I went to college on a music scholarship as a classical soprano vocalist.
