My favorite part of working at Alliance is my team of co-workers and managers. I feel like we are all a family here in Dallas, and that makes a world of difference when you come to work for eight hours a day. I also love that Alliance puts such a strong emphasis on family first. It’s hard to find somewhere that genuinely cares about your well-being as well as your family. It means the world to us.
I think the best compliment that I have received from a colleague is that I always go above and beyond to help in any situation. They love that I’m always here to help them no matter what.
The Alliance core value that reflects me the most is service. I sometimes find myself feeling upset because I cannot help a patient due to something that is completely out of my hands. I try to put myself in their shoes and treat them the way I would want someone to treat me. I go the extra mile to make sure I can be of help in any way.
My first job was at Smoothie King when I was 15 years old.
Outside of work, 90% of my time is spent with my family. We have a very close relationship and enjoy doing fun things together. We love grilling out, going to festivals, watching movies, and just hanging out.
A fun fact that my co-workers might not know about me is that I was born in Germany. My dad was in the Army, and I lived there for six months. I was also born in a German hospital, so my birth certificate is in German.
