What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

I love the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Alliance provides resources and training that help me enhance my skills.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

One of my team members said I have a way of making everyone feel heard and valued, which is something I’m really proud of.

I believe Compassion best reflects my quality of work because I always strive to understand my colleagues’ and clients’ needs on a deeper level and offer support where it’s needed. It helps me build strong relationships and makes my work feel more meaningful.

What was your first job?

My very first job was at a morgue.

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

I run my own business and making my products is my favorite thing to do.

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know?

People would be surprised to know I enjoy working on cars—to take a car or truck that has not run in years and breathe life back into it. That is something that brings me so much joy.
