WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

I would have to say the family-oriented culture of the company is my favorite part. This quality is not common to find in employers today.

Compassion. For me, it’s not just a job. This field is one I have based my entire life around because I genuinely care that much for others. I put so much of my heart into my patients, and the gratitude, for me, is the most rewarding part of the work.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

I was a waitress at a local Italian restaurant in high school.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

I enjoy spending time with my family, riding ATVs, and shopping.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW.

I have a creek and I enjoy spending a lot of time at it even when it’s cold out. It is like a second home to me.
