Ciera Freeman, FNP-C, is a skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner with over six years of expertise in interventional pain management. She provides care across Alliance Spine & Pain locations in Austell, Suwanee, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Ciera is dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatments and personalized care plans to chronic pain patients, incorporating advanced medical technologies to improve quality of life. Based in Atlanta, she approaches her work with empathy and a patient-first mindset.

In 2023, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Georgia College and State University. In 2016, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Clayton State University. Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed through the Georgia Board of Nursing, Ciera also holds active certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
