Meet Eleasha Gray, APRN, DNP, FNP-C


Eleasha Gray, APRN, DNP, FNP-C, brings 32 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner to the team at Alliance Spine and Pain Centers. She believes in a holistic approach to care and is passionate about listening to her patients and developing that one-on-one connection. Eleasha sees patients from the Alliance Spine and Pain Centers offices in Conyers and Covington, Georgia.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, Eleasha worked in a variety of hospital and clinical capacities, including neonatal intensive care, well-baby nursery, postpartum, emergency medicine, pediatric medical-surgical, and pediatric intensive care. She then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner studies as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama. Following licensing, she served patients in interventional pain management for 17 years.

Eleasha recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Walden University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the Golden Key International Honor Society. During her time as a nurse, Eleasha proudly served 24 years as a Naval Officer (LCDR) in the United States Navy, giving back to her country.

Outside of her work, Eleasha loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and children. Her interests include traveling, gardening, photography, working with breast cancer survivors, and giving back to the underserved and homeless community.
