TIM GEARY
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Mr. Geary joined IMS in 2014 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Geary has oversight of all the finance and accounting activities of IMS and its affiliated physician practices and ASCs, including establishing the Company’s financial goals, objectives and policies, financial integration of new acquisitions and preparation and analysis of financial results and forecasts.
Prior to joining IMS, Mr. Geary spent five years with Ernst & Young in the Southern California region as an audit and assurance professional, performing financial statement and internal control assessments for a variety of publicly and privately owned companies in various industries, including healthcare, also performing other assurance services related to public debt and equity offerings
More recently, Mr. Geary spent 5 years as Director of Finance for Physician Oncology Services, providing management services for a network of oncology physicians and cancer treatment clinic partnerships. In this role, Mr. Geary was responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting activities of the partnerships and helped execute and integrate the Company’s early stage acquisitions. Physician Oncology Services merged with Vantage Oncology in 2011 and the core finance and accounting functions were relocated to California. Mr. Geary remained with the merged Company and spent 2 years with Vantage Oncology as Director of Financial Accounting, responsible for managing the Company’s East Coast billing and reimbursement operations based in Atlanta, GA with over 60 employees while continuing to manage the financial integration of new acquisitions and partnerships.
